Akamihk Kanataskiy Ventures (AKV) Limited is a wholly owned Montana First Nation company.
AKV is a full-service, resource development company under the operational umbrella of MFN Management. AKV focusses on economic development opportunities, employment enhancement for Nation members, and supporting growth and competitiveness in the marketplace.
Operating at arm’s-length from Chief and Council of Montana First Nation, the company works with industry and other stakeholders to generate profit and value for Montana First Nation and our stakeholders.
We collaborate with the Montana First Nation Consultation Department, and Human Services (Montana Integrated Services Department – MISD) on projects where necessary, and provide employment opportunities for Montana First Nation members.
